Normally, I don't go to taco shops, but I was starved. Simple, basic fast food decor.
I had a Chicken Burrito and Chicken Taco and both were very tasty and not too salty. I separated the burrito from the chicken to cut on carbs. It was worth it as they hit the right taste buds. I did eat the taco whole and it too was very good.
Both for under $10. I walked away was a full, happy and satisfied customer. -

Wasn't feeling good and didn't want to cook dinner so my son and I grab a few burritos to go. Fast and friendly service. Food was tasty and warm. We had the green chili pork burrito and the California. Both were very good. Chunks of tomatoes from the pico were a bit big for my liking. Next time I'll for go the pico and just put on their hot sauce.!

The lady gave me shit for changing my order from the mic to the window...then she didn't even give me salsa for my 13.00 plate of shit!

A good Nico's. Had great carne asada taco came w Guacamole w Cilantro. Great red salsa ok green though not as good as Campbell Nico's. My favorite Nico's is Campbell or the one up in Marana. But this is one of the good ones. My top spots are still the Losbetos on Grant and Dodge and The Quesadillas at Grant and Craycroft.

Nice strip mall location with friendly staff. Sadly, it suffers the same type of issues as other Nico's. Today, I tried a carnitas burrito and asked for a little more time on the grill for extra crunch which really helped. I noticed three issues today that really drag down the burro. The tortilla is too big and there end up being 3-4 layers of dryness to work through. The onion in the pico was cut large and ran about 1/2" square and was really bright so it seemed like it had not mellowed in the lime juice enough and was really overpowering. The guacamole was oddly sweet and the carnitas was wet and not sweet.
There are many places with worse carnitas (soggy, greasy, filled with rice and beans) so Nico's is on the right page. I just want to see them turn it up a little and I would eat there all the time.
